Please remember the deadline for the exhibition is Tuesday, March 31, 2009. The entry fee is $65 and includes the following:

Gymnasts: Shirt and Leotard (shorts for males)
Cheerleaders: Shirt and Shorts
All: Awards

Please register by March 31, 2009. If you are already registered and have not been sized for a leotard, please see Jana ASAP.

This is another chance for you to earn money for your account. This fundraiser is cookie dough, cocoa, coffee, and candles. The cookies are excellent!

Each child will earn 25% on total sales into their account. That is $3.25 per tub of cookie dough you sale. This fundraiser has great potential to help you pay for several months of classes.

You must collect all money at the time the orders are taken. All checks should be made payable to Brasfield Gymnastics and Cheer. At the end of the sale, each participant should total their orders and turn in their sales brochure and collection envelope. Brasfield Gymnastics and Cheer will verify the accuracy of each participant’s total with the dollar amount turned in with each individual parent.

Please remember that the cookie dough must be refrigerated. Therefore, all orders will be delivered on April 14, 2009 to Brasfield Gymnastics and Cheer. You will be responsible for picking your order up on April 14, 2009. We will let you know an exact time once all orders have been placed.

Important Dates to Remember:

Start Date: March 23, 2009
End Date: April 6, 2009 (All orders MUST be turned in.)
Delivery Date: April 14, 2009 (exact time TBA)

March 13, 2009, is club night at Alabama Gymnastics. We have been offered FREE tickets to this meet for our club. If you are interested in going to this meet, please email Jana to reserve your tickets by Monday, March 9, 2009. You are responsible for transportation to and from the meet. Also, you are responsible for coming by the gym and picking up your tickets prior to the meet.

We will be closed today, January 6, 2009, due to the threat of severe weather. Gymnasts levels 3-6 (and competing on January 10) will have their make-up class on Wednesday, January 7, 2009 3:30-5:30 PM. All other gymnasts should call the gym to schedule a make-up for next week.

Brasfield Gymnastics & Cheer will not be holding classes this Thursday, December 11, 2008 due to the threat of inclement weather.

You may call the gym to schedule a make up class.

We will be open at our regular time. However, please call prior to your child's class if it begins after 4 PM. We will keep abreast of the situation and make our determinations as needed. If you leave your child at practice, please have a plan in place to pick them up early should we dismiss early. If the snow begins to accumulate, we will dismiss immediately. Latest reports still suggest there will be some accumulation on the grassy areas. Please let me know if you have any questions or if you plan not to attend class tonight.

As of now, we will have class as scheduled tonight. However, if you do not plan to attend, please let me know ASAP. Also, we will make an updated decision about classes at 3 PM. Please call the gym for all updates on the answering machine. We want everyone to remain safe! If it should begin to snow and start accumulating, ALL CLASSES WILL END IMMEDIATELY.

The pecans will be delivered to the gym tomorrow afternoon between 3 and 6 PM. Please call the gym tomorrow for an exact time of delivery. Pecans will be available for pick-up tomorrow (Wednesday after delivery until 6 PM) or Thursday 3:30-6:30 PM.

Please remember all pecan orders and money are due back in by October 7, 2008. Hope you are all having luck selling!!

We will be closed on Monday, September 1, 2008, in honor of the holiday. We will reopen on Tuesday with our regular schedule.
